Notes:

• Intermediate classes will build on what is taught in the beginner classes.  All guests are welcome to attend the intermediate classes but the intermediate classes will be geared toward those students who have attended the earlier beginner class or those students with prior dance experience in that particular dance. 

For guests purchasing the overnight accommodation package, the package includes the following: dinner on Saturday night, two nights lodging, free indoor swimming and sauna, use of the weight room / exercise facility, use of the game room, and, one hour of tennis court use per day.

This program traces traditions and cultural traits from 18th century;  blending  the various cultures of American Indians, African Americans, and European Americans in this mountainous region.  Kinnikinnick is a Natick Indian word (Algonkian language family) that means "mixture". Appalachian Country Cloggers w/ Lou Maiuri

Lou Maiuri has been teaching dance long before “Dancing with the Stars.” Maiuri is a dance instructor of traditional Appalachian dance and modern line dancing. He has won three national championships, and is the director and founder of the Appalachian
Country Cloggers. No previous dance experience (or rhythm) necessary. Come to watch, dance or learn.
