Cabin Policies
From June to Labor Day, cottages are rented Monday to Monday with check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. For the rest of the year, special rates are available for stays of less than
a week.
Published cabin rates do not include taxes. A 6% WV sales tax and a 6% hotel/motel tax is applied to cabin rates.
Reservations can be made two years in advance beginning on the 1st day of each month.
Reservations are available online or via telephone.
Reservations made for three nights or less must be paid in full at the time reservations are made. Reservations made for four nights or longer require one-half total payment in advance and the remainder paid upon arrival.
During the summer season (second week of June through Labor Day Weekend, cabins may be rented on a weekly basis with rental from Monday to Monday.
Cabins may be rented for up to 14 nights.
Off-season, cabins are rented on a two-night basis, with a three-night minimum on Holiday weekends.
No one under 18 may reserve a cabin. There must be a responsible adult registered in a cabin where minors are staying.
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M.
Children under 13 stay free.
Non-smoking cabins are available.
Major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover.
Pipestem Resort cabins are open year-round.

Senior guests 60 years of age and older
Senior citizen discounts are available for persons over 60 years of age.
Proof of age may be requested at check-in.
This discount applies only to cabins rented and occupied by eligible senior citizens.
Pets
Dogs and cats are permitted in a limited number of cabins. Call for reservations with pets.
Pets are not allowed in the lodge rooms.
