Guidelines and reservation information
McKeever Lodge and Mountain Creek Policies
Published rates do not include taxes.
A 6% WV sales tax and a 6% hotel/motel tax is applied to room rates.
Reservations can be made two years in advance beginning on the 1st day of each month.
Reservations are available online or via telephone.
No one under 18 may reserve a lodge room. There must be a responsible adult registered in a room where minors are staying.
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. Check out time is noon.
Children under 13 stay free.
The interiors of both lodges, including all guest rooms, are smoke free.
Major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover.
McKeever Lodge is open year-round.
Mountain Creek Lodge is seasonal.

Senior guests 60 years of age and older
Senior citizen discounts are available for persons over 60 years of age. The person receiving the discount must occupy the room.
Proof of age may be requested at check-in.
This discount applies only to rooms rented and occupied by eligible senior citizens.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the lodge rooms.
