Food Service
Pipestem features four restaurants to choose from, including the full service Bluestone Dining Room, the elegant Mountain Creek Restaurant, and Mulligan's at the golf course clubhouse. The Canyon Rim Café is the park’s newest addition. The Bluestone Dining Room and Canyon Rim Café are open year-round.
Bluestone Dining Room features a seafood buffet every Friday. As available we post special buffets or holiday fare on this webpage. Bluestone Dining room and all restaurants and snack bars at Pipestem are open to public as well as park guests.
Canyon Rim Café is located at McKeever Lodge. The open hours vary slightly throughout the year. Canyon Rim Café is open 8-8 daily until Labor Day, and also on weekends until October 30. Weekdays from Labor Day to October 30 the café will be open 8-5. In winter months the café will be open daily 11-5.

Our wonderful chef is Matt Gillespie. Food services at Pipestem Resort is managed by Food Service, Inc., Beth Bailey, Operator.
