If you have difficulty making a reservation using our online reservation system, feel free to contact us directly for lodge room or cottage reservations at 304-466-1800. The information below answers questions frequently asked.

Lodge rentals:
- Pipestem has two lodges: McKeever (year-round) and Mountain Creek (seasonal).
- Mountain Creek is accessible by aerial tramway only.
- Weekend rentals at McKeever or Mountain Creek lodges, require a two night minimum from April 1 through October.
- Holiday weekend rentals at McKeever or Mountain Creek lodges require a three night minimum.
- Pets are not permitted in either lodge.
- Contact the park by phone directly for more information on minimum stays or for reservations.
Cottage rentals
- Pipestem has vacation cottages that rent year-round.
- Cottages are rented only for seven consecutive nights beginning on Mondays from the second Monday in June through Labor Day.
- Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weekend cottages rentals require a three night minimum.
- The online service does not recognize rental dates outside of the stated time frame and will show not available.
- Pet friendly cabins are available and are designated. Pet-friendly cottages are only available by calling the park at 304-466-1800.

About Mountain Creek Lodge
Mountain Creek Lodge at Pipestem Resort is located deep in the Bluestone Gorge along the Bluestone River, accessible only by the 3600 foot aerial tram, and accessibility can be difficult for the physically challenged. For more information about Mountain Creek Lodge reservations, contact the park directly. Many guests find it beneficial to pack for convenience as your luggage and personal gear are transported with you on the tramway.
